ROLE IMPACT Deliver high-quality customer support and payment solutions for Spanish-speaking clients by handling inbound and outbound account calls Supports client retention and revenue recovery by facilitating redemptions, resolving past-due issues, and aligning with regulatory and service standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Make outbound calls on repossessed and delinquent accounts to secure arrangements. • Handle inbound redemption calls and provide resolution options. • Identify and escalate accounts requiring management review. • Maintain department quality, productivity, and compliance standards. • Ensure exceptional customer service across all interactions.
