Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville. We offer up to $20/hrs plus leasing & renewal commissions and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.

Compensation and Benefits Available: INCREDIBLE pay up to $20/hrs Eligible for $75 commissions & up to $100 Renewal Bonuses Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year Health Insurance through Blue Cross only $45.00/ month for a great comprehensive plan for yourself 401k with a 3% matching component Dental Insurance (no cost for yourself) Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours 20% off rent at any of our owned communities Paid additional training/school and tuition reimbursement program Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible (Commissions paid) Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable (Commissions Paid) Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years' experience in multifamily housing Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software, YARDI preferred Bilingual English/Spanish
