August Rose Health Center is seeking a dynamic Outreach/Marketing Coordinator with experience in outpatient mental health and PRP (Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program) to join our growing team!

Position Overview: The Outreach/Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting our services, building strong community relationships, and helping increase awareness and referrals for our programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a behavioral health setting and a deep understanding of PRP and OMHC services.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic outreach and marketing initiatives to promote mental health and PRP services Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, providers, and community resources Represent August Rose Health Center at health fairs, community events, and networking opportunities Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure marketing aligns with program goals and compliance standards Manage social media content, printed materials, and outreach campaigns Track outreach efforts and provide monthly reports on progress and engagement metrics Support internal communications and brand visibility within the clinic and community

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years experience in marketing, outreach, or communications within a mental health clinic or PRP program Strong knowledge of Maryland behavioral health systems and community resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic social media platforms Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for outreach efforts

Preferred: Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Social Work, or related field Bilingual a plus
