Title: Sales BDC Representative

As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, serving as the initial point of contact for potential customers. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, conducting follow-up communications, and scheduling appointments for our sales department. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding car-buying experience.

Duties : •Contact new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions •Create excitement and set appointments for customers to drive our world-class automobiles. •Perform all other Business Development duties as assigned. •Update and maintain customer information in the dealership's CRM system. •Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and guide customers through the sales process. •Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handover of leads.

Requirements: Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Dedication to providing an excellent customer experience. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments. Basic understanding of sales processes and a willingness to learn. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
