Measured, weighed, and mixed ingredients such as flour, yeast, eggs, dairy, and spices according to strict formulations. Adjusted mixing speeds, times, and hydration levels to meet texture and product requirements. Worked closely with bilingual team members and supervisors, interpreting baking instructions and communicating production needs. Maintained food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP, GMP), including cleaning equipment and documenting batch records. Assisted with oven loading, proofing, and finishing tasks when needed.
