What is the interview process and how quickly is the client looking to hire? [ Prakasham ] : Per the last time , it would be one round with Cognizant and 2 rounds with client 4. Could you provide some guidance on the level of flexibility regarding the years of experience required for this position? [ Prakasham ] : Last time we had a resource Bhuvaneswari , with 6+ years of experience and she couldn't crack the interview, this time around we really want a good profile , this goes back to point#3 , the candidate has to be confident JD: General • Knowledge of Banking, Financial and US regulatory environment • Aligns business strategy with software solutions. • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
