We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiology CRNA to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to practice independently and choose their own shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality anesthesia care to patients
Choose from 8-24 hour shifts
Practice independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Active Iowa license or compact equivalent
BLS and ACLS required
Must be confident practicing independently

Schedule:
Choose from 8-24 hour shifts
Call is in-house or 30-minute beeper
Only 1 week/month required - weekends may be included
Cases and Procedures:
General, ortho, urology, robotics, OB, cardiac, and peds
Regional, spinal, and epidural skills required
Cardiac/peds required
Average 3-6 cases/day depending on shift and complexity
