Exceptional attitude and commitment to guest service. Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics. ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to obtain them. Skilled in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models. Consistently meet or exceed performance goals. Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and processes. Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ambition for long-term career growth. Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds. Capability to work with tools above head as necessary. Ability to work in confined spaces as required. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Must be able to walk and stand for most of the workday. Comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles. Able to efficiently navigate computer systems.
