SERVICE DISPATCHER ADVISOR FOR NYE FORD

Nye Ford is looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Dispatcher to join our growing service team. If you're detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you! The Automotive Service Dispatcher manages the flow of vehicles through the repair process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Dispatcher schedules work, prioritizes repairs, and communicates with technicians and customers. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, dispatching service requests, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Job Type: Full-time, 7 AM - 5 PM

Workdays: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays

Work Location: In-person at Nye Ford, Oneida, NY

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 including monthly bonus

Your Role: Assign repair orders efficiently based on technician skill level, availability, and job complexity Maintain a steady workflow by monitoring job progress and technician productivity Coordinate with service advisors to ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction Assist in balancing shop capacity and meeting daily service targets Communicate effectively with all service department staff What We're Looking For: 2+ years of dispatching experience in a dealership or high-volume service center Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and technician capabilities Clear, professional communication and multitasking skills Proficiency with scheduling and repair order management systems Qualifications: An applicant must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. An applicant must be able to pass a drug test. Must have a valid and clean Driver's License.
