Job Description:

Auto Enhance Technician [BB1] position is a great place to start your career at Jiffy Lube. The role of Auto Enhance Technician is to ensure customer receives complete service to his/her facility in a timely and professional manner and to maintain a pleasant and safe environment for customers.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities for an Auto Enhance Technician:[BB2]

  • Provide Facility maintenance services for Jiffy Lube locations following procedures and standards as outlined by management for including, but not limited to:
  1. Light inspection, Lift inspection, Air pump maintenance, Pit net repair and Landscaping
  2. Garage door maintenance
  • Understand and comply with OSHA and EPA standards
  • Clean facility as directed to maintain the cleanliness and general repair of the shop and property
  • Be available to work temporarily at nearby locations
  • Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or Jiffy Lube documentation
  • Other duties as needed

Knowledge and Skills:

  • General Handyman skill (basic tool usage, measuring, minor fabrication, ladder use)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid drivers license required
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Environment:

  • Exposed to outside weather conditions
  • Work in and around potentially moving vehicles
  • Work on ladders
  • Frequently required to stand and walk
  • Dress and grooming standards
