Position Overview : In this role, you will be responsible for checking in employees, responding to call-outs, and ensuring staffing needs are met using our internal systems and backup lists. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, problem-solving in real-time, and using a variety of software platforms to ensure smooth operations. You will: Manage daily rosters by sending them to clients and fielding any backup requests. Review and respond to voicemails for employee check-ins, making follow-up calls when employees haven't checked in. Use backup lists to assign workers to job sites when needed. Send email communications to clients regarding staffing updates. Problem-solve attendance issues in real time to ensure coverage is always in place.
