Your Team
This role supports our Real Estate Industry Group, specifically the Commercial Real Estate team, working with clients involved in community development and industry innovation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serving as the engagement lead on client accounts, overseeing planning, execution, and deliverables.
Developing detailed engagement work plans with budgets and schedules.
Understanding and participating in proposals for audits, tax, and consulting services.
Managing staff and interns, providing coaching and development.
Ensuring effective client management and clear communication.
Your Experience
Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required.
CPA designation is required.
Minimum 4 years' experience in a public accounting firm.
Real Estate industry experience preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Details
Position is hybrid, with an expectation of being in the office approximately 3 days a week, depending on team needs.
