In 2025, the firm hit the major milestone of surpassing 1,000 trials. What you will do - We have an opportunity for an Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our Columbia, SC team. You’ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development—including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks , writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and working with partners through trial . You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.
