What Youll Do: Provide comprehensive general dentistry in a tech-forward setting Build lasting relationships through high-quality, patient-centered care Perform a range of procedures including oral surgery, grafting, and sedation Collaborate with a skilled clinical and administrative team Work closely with the current owner to ensure a seamless transition and gain insight into daily practice operations and ownership fundamentals

What Youll Bring: DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Active Washington license or eligibility to obtain 2+ years of experience or completion of a GPR/AEGD preferred Proficiency in implants, oral surgery, or sedation a plus Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care

Compensation and Structure: $800+ daily guarantee or 30% of collections during initial ramp-up Up to $15,000 in sign-on, relocation, or CE bonus Ownership opportunity secured at hire, with flexibility to buy in immediately or phase in over time W2 or 1099 structure based on candidate preference CE, licensing, and competitive benefits package
