This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly respected attorneys on complex and high-value transactions in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Responsibilities: Advise and counsel clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, development, subdivision, zoning, and real estate financing. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing instruments, and related corporate or real estate agreements. Review title examinations, title commitments, and surveys; issue title objections and respond to title objection letters accordingly. Coordinate and facilitate real estate closings, ensuring all legal and transactional requirements are met. Conduct legal research and provide thorough analysis on land use, zoning, and environmental matters to support real estate development projects. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. A minimum of 3 years of real estate transactional experience, preferably within a law firm or in-house legal department. Strong academic credentials and demonstrated excellence in legal research, writing, and oral communication. Proven ability to manage files independently, while also collaborating effectively with clients, team members, and support staff. A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-centered approach to legal practice.
