Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our dynamic environmental practice! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience advising clients on environmental compliance, permitting, and enforcement matters, and should be comfortable working across all three areas. While not required, an interest or background in complex environmental litigation is a plus.
Requirements:
Solid working knowledge of key environmental statutes and regulations
Experience in several of the following areas: air and water quality, solid and hazardous wastes, cleanup and cost allocation, spills and releases, brownfields redevelopment, and worker health & safety.
Outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Active CO bar license in good standing
