Location: Los Angeles, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourWe are looking for an innovative advertising Associate Account Manager to operate as the "front door" of our agency and act as a go-between for our agency creative team and our partners. Your responsibilities will include determining the client's needs, explaining the creative process, recommending solutions, and working closely with project management to ensure a timely execution of all campaigns/projects.To be a successful advertising Associate Account Manager, you should be self-motivated and solutions oriented, you should have "big picture" thinking and the ability to inspire the creative team to exceed the partner's expectations while expertly managing their campaigns and projects. Ultimately, a top-class advertising account executive is strategic, detail-oriented, organized and driven.Responsibilities:
Intaking projects and helping to determine resources and needs.
Meeting with partners regularly and serving as the contact between them and the client.
Discussing objectives, ideas and strategies with partners and assisting them in developing advertising campaigns.
Presenting creative concepts for approval and making sure they are in-line with the brief/KPIs and any guidelines/VisIDs.
Working closely with project management to ensure the effective and timely delivery of all campaigns/products.
Ensuring we are delivering all needs within budget.
Managing-up and communicating all relevant statuses to your manager.
Document/track and share in-meeting agreements via conference reports.
Ensuring constant and clear communication to all parties if any changes or issues as projects progress.
Keeping our partners and creative team accountable to all aligned and agreed processes.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience as an advertising Account Executive/Junior Account Manager or in a related position.
Excellent understanding of advertising methods and techniques.
Great ability to manage budgets on behalf of clients.
Experience working with creative teams.
Agency experience.
