The Assistant Golf Coach will aid in the growth and development of the golf program by assisting with planning and directing the activities of the womens golf team.

Required Qualifications

bachelors degree

successful background as a golf player or coach.

Job Duty

promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;

Job Duty

conduct/oversee player progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall;

Job Duty

participate in recruiting student athletes;

Job Duty

assist the head golf coach in the overall operations of the sport;

Job Duty

develop and coordinate the academic success program for student athletes in need of academic assistance;

Job Duty

participate in efforts to collect, analyze and report data for the athletic department in the University s planning, assessment and evaluation processes for institutional effectiveness;

Job Duty

assist in the production of outcomes assessment and long range planning for the athletic department;

Job Duty

oversee the golf teams while in the weight room and assist with maintaining the upkeep of the weight room;

Job Duty

assist with all phases of operations for the Golf Driving Range facility;

Job Duty

assist with the completion of required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University; and

Job Duty

perform other duties as assigned by the head golf coach and the Athletic Director.
