We're hiring a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Brookfield team and deliver the best running shoe fitting experience in Wisconsin!

What the Role Looks Like
Each day starts with preparing the store to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience. On the sales floor, you'll work closely with customers who share your enthusiasm for running, walking, and fitness. Using our Volumental foot scanner, you'll guide them through expert shoe fittings-helping assess foot size, arch type, and gait-to ensure they leave with the best possible fit and support.

Beyond fittings, you'll help keep daily operations running efficiently by maintaining an organized and inviting store environment. You'll re-merchandise displays, handle stock work and transfers, and ensure product deliveries are promptly unpacked and organized. Part of your day will include light cleaning to keep the store fresh and appealing. When promotions or events roll in, you'll help set up displays and support event logistics-creating excitement on the sales floor.

In addition to your in-store responsibilities, you'll help represent Goodmiles beyond the walls of the store. From staffing local expos to partnering with gyms and running clubs, you'll take part in outreach that strengthens our presence in Brookfield. As a leader, you're striving to hit your own sales targets while also coaching and supporting your team of 4-6 Fit Specialists. You'll play a key role in building the community that defines Goodmiles-welcoming new faces, engaging with regulars, and creating a space where all runners and walkers feel supported.

Pay & Schedule

• Base salary + commissions + bonus program
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
• No work on major holidays - we close to prioritize time with family

What You Bring
We're seeking someone with a passion for running and community-whether you're prepping for a 5K, coaching friends, or enjoying a weekly jog, your enthusiasm should shine through. You're reliable, detail-oriented, and driven to lead when needed. You treat your coworkers with respect, support the team, and greet every situation with a "How can I help?" attitude. While experience in retail or footwear is a plus, it's not a requirement-we're ready to teach you our in-store systems, footwear knowledge, and operations. If you have a background in fitness, coaching, or sales, that's a fantastic foundation to grow from.
