Requirements: What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience working with young children.
Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Skills & Traits:
Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility and creativity in working with young children.
Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.
Additional Info: Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
