Key Responsibilities: Assist with implementing engaging curriculum and daily activities. Help track each child’s progress and promote developmental milestones. Foster a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Support children with daily routines like feeding, napping, and diapering. Build positive relationships with children, encouraging self-confidence and responsibility. Communicate effectively with parents and staff, ensuring a collaborative environment.

Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of experience working with young children. Completion of Introductory Childcare Training (45 hours) or willingness to obtain. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Skills & Traits: Knowledge of child development and modern educational practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and creativity in working with young children. Familiarity with Jewish culture is a plus.
Additional Info: Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors. Work Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, and fun! Candidates must pass a drug test and level II background screening through Clearinghouse/DFC to be considered for employment
