Direct Counsel is representing a fast-paced, growing personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA, that is seeking a full-time Assistant Case Manager to join its Pre-Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of personal injury experience who is eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-energy legal team. The firm offers strong mentorship, hands-on training, and a balanced work environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed client intake interviews and maintain ongoing communication

Coordinate and schedule medical treatment and diagnostic appointments

Manage property damage claims from start to finish

Monitor case progression and ensure all case details are updated in CASEpeer

Develop and maintain individual case plans tailored to client needs

Ensure thorough documentation and follow-through on all tasks

Ideal Candidate 1+ year of experience in a personal injury law firm

Working knowledge of medical terminology and personal injury procedures

Proficiency with legal case management software such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Professional phone and email communication skills

Must be able to commute to Burbank, CA

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 (depending on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, onsite in Burbank
