Description Manage Asset Management team's implementation of Snap Tracker software and Best Practice to ensure customer satisfaction with their warehoused inventory. Oversee service schedule. Identify and evaluate industry trends to serve as a source of information and advice for warehouse services. Roles & Responsibilities: Proficient in all aspects of the SnapTracker database software Provide estimates of time associated with inventory projects. Strategize new methods of generating revenue for the Asset Management department. Specify users and user access levels for each segment of database. Analyze data or information to uncover customer and service trends (metrics) Monthly Invoicing of Storage and Labor. Create and promote quality processes. Additional duties TBD Professional Skills: Attention to Detail and Accuracy Listening, Problem Solving Verbal & Written Communication Customer Service, Organization Critical & Creative Thinking Time Management and Follow Up skills.
Requirements Education & Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of scheduling experience. High School Diploma required; Associate / Technical Degree in Information Technologies or related field preferred Proficient knowledge of Databases and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Snap Tracker software preferred. Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience.
