If you can flex between the high-energy vibe of Moxy and the polished performance of Courtyard, we’ve got a seat with your name on it. You’ll lead the charge on business transient sales and group business for two powerhouse brands , each with their own personality — and both with rooms to fill and goals to crush.
The Gig:
We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager with serious game — someone who gets fired up by meeting goals, building relationships, and closing deals that fill our guest rooms with the coolest crowd in town. This role is a mix of business transient travel (hello, corporate warriors!) and group sales (think creatives, dreamers, and go-getters planning their next big thing).

What You’ll Be Rockin’:
Drive revenue by owning the BT segment (local and national accounts), while sprinkling in some group magic to round out your mix.
Cultivate relationships with travel managers, corporate decision-makers, and group planners like a boss.
Respond to leads fast, follow up faster, and turn “maybe” into “heck yes.”
Represent Moxy & Courtyard at local networking events, industry trade shows, and community happenings — with flair, of course.
Collaborate with our revenue and operations teams to keep strategy tight and the guest experience on point.
Stay sharp — track market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to keep us two steps ahead.

Qualifications
The Vibe You Bring:
You’ve got 2–3 years of hotel sales experience , ideally with a focus on BT and/or small group.
You’re organized , but not rigid. You’ve got structure, but you’re flexible.
You love a good CRM and can whip up a killer sales report (bonus points for CI/TY or SFA Web experience).
You’re a people-person , a connector, and a natural at building rapport.
You think fast, move fast, and sell smart.
Bonus: You’re obsessed with music, travel, and maybe even espresso martinis.
