Job Duties: Perform architectural assignments through all phases of a project from concept design through construction documentation and construction phase services; undertake a variety of assignments requiring the application of architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of larger projects; work closely with project architects, project managers and principals; prepare and coordinate construction documents; prepare conceptual design concepts, plans, diagrams, models, renderings for client presentation; develop project cost estimates and timelines; project management and budget management; analyze building codes and zoning laws to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

-Masters of Architecture Degree from a program accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. -Proven ability to use graphic communication tools REVIT, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Sketchup, Rhino. -No remote work. All work must be done in office. -Willing to work in a fast-paced high pressure setting and willingness to work additional hours including on weekends, beyond a 40-hour work week is expected to meet deadlines.

Travel: An average of travel once a month for client site visits to ensure construction aligns with design specifications. No overnight stays. Travel to client sites would be to unanticipated sites within Salt Lake, Davis, Weber, Summit, and Wasatch counties in Utah.
