One of the top Architectural Firms in Washington DC has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience. Position is full time permanent is the need is immediate.
Job Description and Duties: Bachelor Degree in Architecture.
Registered in PA highly preferred.
10+ years’ experience as an Architect on healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, and pharma type projects.
Can execute a project from start to finish.
AutoCAD experience a plus.
PA zoning/compliance experience.
Ability to manage a small team of Project Architects and Cad Designers. Benefits: Excellent medical, 401k, and paid time off programs.
