Your job as an Apprentice/Operator -in-training on Superior Plumbing’s Excavation Teams is to work with your Team Members to fulfill that mission and to learn from them the skills necessary to become an Equipment Operator (and subsequently a Site Plumber) on one of the Teams. PERFORMANCE : Your performance will be evaluated on how well you: Assist the Excavation Team(s) in delivering quality plumbing service for our customers. Work safely in every regard: driving, care and operation of equipment, utilities and locates, trenching, and all other aspects of personal safety. Attain the skills and knowledge necessary to become an Equipment Operator and then a Site Plumber.
