About the Role
Carnivore Style is seeking a dependable Appointment Scheduler to help manage client appointments and support our sales and operations team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions
- Coordinate calendars for the sales and management team
- Assist with lead research and preparation for meetings
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, Google Workspace, or willingness to learn
- Reliable internet connection and home workstation
- Prior experience in appointment scheduling or virtual assistance is a plus
- Fully remote position
