Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Bilingual (in Spanish) Property Manager to join our team at Chestnut Ridge Apartments (128 units)

*This position requires a credit evaluation, background check and drug screen to be considered for hire.

PAY: Salary from $50,000-58,000 based on experience Plus lots of ways to earn amazing bonuses throughout the year ($5,000+ a year!)

SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM Paid holidays and 80hrs PTO your first year (included in PTO, birthday or work anniversary, MLK day, Juneteenth or Presidents day)
