A hospital is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.

While on assignment in Northeastern Massachusetts, visit Fenway Park, Martha's Vineyard, or Boston Common! The position is available to start as soon as possible and is ongoing, with the option to work either 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts. While call is available, it is not required. The facility uses paper for its EMR system. The types of cases are primarily outpatient, including orthopedics (where proficiency with basic nerve blocks is required), general surgery, urology, plastics, gynecology, ENT, and some healthy pediatric cases. There is also endoscopy and low-volume, low-risk OB cases, but no cases involving hearts or heads. The facility operates under a care team model for supervision or medical direction.
