Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Afterschool Educator to join our team. As an Afterschool Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to students in a fun and engaging environment. About the Role: Deliver educational programs that cater to the needs of students in grades K-12. Develop and implement lesson plans that promote academic excellence and personal growth. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Responsibilities: Assist students with homework and assignments, providing individualized support and guidance as needed. Plan and lead indoor and outdoor activities that promote physical activity, creativity, and socialization. Establish and maintain a safe and organized learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote student success. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. 2+ years of experience working with children in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
