Your responsibilities will include collaborating with patients, their families, and our dedicated hospice care team to ensure that every patient receives the highest quality of care and attention. Key Details: Work schedule: On-call after hours from 5 PM to 8 AM, Monday through Thursday, and ending Friday morning at 8 AM. Supportive resources include a 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and a collaborative local hospice team. Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
