We provide premium maintenance, installation, and repair service of heating and cooling systems and plumbing services for both residential homeowners, commercial properties and industrial settings in Gillette, Buffalo, and Sheridan WY. Proudly serving our local communities since 1979!

We are hiring a Part Time Admin / Customer Service Representative for our Buffalo location.

This position is in our small office in Buffalo and will work alone and with up to 2 other employees. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer focused, detail oriented and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Admin / Customer Service Representative

Location: Buffalo

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Work Type: Part Time

Work Hours: 9:00am to 2:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

  • Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
  • Generating service tickets
  • Obtaining permits for jobs
  • Supporting customers at the front counter for parts sales and pick-up
  • Collecting payment over the phone & in-person
  • Processing paperwork

Required Qualifications:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
  • A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
  • The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
