If you're looking for a place where your organizational skills, customer service skills, professionalism, and positive attitude truly matter, we would love to hear from you.What You'll DoProvide in-person administrative support to the Litigation Team, HR, Marketing, and COO/CEO.Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and internal communications for multiple departments.Assist with data entry, file management, and preparing documents or forms as needed.Track, organize, and follow up on internal requests from multiple leaders.Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive personnel, client, and legal information.Serve as a go-to resource for general office support needs across multiple teams, including running errands (e.g., food pickups, supply runs, post office/FedEx drops), managing snacks and refreshments, and assisting with daily logistics.Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers, including building management, cleaning crews, IT support, and maintenance technicians for repairs or deliveries.Assist with the planning and execution of internal events, team lunches, and new hire onboarding (workspace setup, IT coordination, welcome materials, etc.).Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as assigned to support the overall efficiency, organization, and positive environment of the firm.Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and offer practical solutions.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and last-minute changes with a calm, can-do attitude.Who You AreYou have 2–3 years of experience in an administrative support role (law firm experience is a plus but not required).You are organized, tech savvy, flexible, pro-active, adaptable even when the path isn't clearly laid out.You thrive in an environment where no two days look the same.You are comfortable receiving direction from multiple team leads and know how to manage competing tasks professionally.You can handle confidential information with discretion.You don't wait to be told what's broken—you notice, you ask, and you fix.You bring positivity, resourcefulness, and a strong sense of team support.You emulate our Core Values: Service, Integrity, Excellence, and Teamwork.Why Join UsA chance to work with a passionate, collaborative team that's making a real difference in people's lives.Competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.A culture that values initiative, integrity, and agility.Supportive leadership that respects your contribution and input.About Hembree Bell LawHembree Bell Law, PLLC is a modern, tech-forward family law firm based in Austin, TX.
