Assist in all aspects of administration for the division. Support Corporate Leadership in aspects of Human Resources, Risk Management, Bonding and Accounting. Take action as needed to ensure project goals, objectives and initiatives are met in alignment with the mission, vision and values of Barnhill Contracting Company.
Essential Functions:
- Acquire, organize, and verify for accuracy large volumes of information. Distribute information for data entry. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Provide reporting information to division management and corporate office ensuring prompt communication to end users.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems ensuring information is well organized and easily accessible.
- Perform administrative tasks such as mailing, scanning/copying, etc.
- Maintain documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Education Level:
- High school degree required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of work and experience preferred.
Work Experience:
- 2 years administrative assistance preferred
