Description: Lofton Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a local commercial real estate broker in Baton Rouge! This position is in office Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
Key Responsibilities include :• Listing Coordination & Processing:- Process new property listings, ensuring all required documentation and paperwork is complete and accurate. - Enter listings into LACDB, CREXI, and Buildout, ensuring they are live and up to date. - Generate marketing materials for new listings, such as flyers, brochures, and online listings. - Maintain and archive hard copy and digital files for sold or leased properties.• Customer Service & Front Desk Support:- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. - Greet visitors and clients in the lobby, providing them with excellent customer service. - Assist with general inquiries and provide information on property listings or office procedures as needed.• Administrative Support:- Perform various office administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing, and handling mail. - Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining an organized office environment. - Prepare thank you letters for newly listed properties and after transactions are complete (leased or sold).• Collaboration & Communication:- Work closely with the sales team, brokers, and other office staff to ensure seamless property listing management. - Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to support office operations.#insj Requirements: Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property listing platforms (LACDB, CREXI, Buildout). - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in real estate or administrative roles is a plus. - Positive and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
