Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages executive level schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings, offsites and morale events as needed, tracks and manages budget and owns headcount tracking and management. Manages onboarding/offboarding hires, procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, space management, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support for the teams onsite. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
CVP level calendar, travel and day to day support. Heavy calendar and travel management as well as expense report filing. Manages headcount tracking and budget, team support, events, equipment ordering, onboarding, space management onsite as needed. Priority is calendar and travel support.
Responsiveness, reliability, being available to the leader within the standard working hours or for travel emergencies, meeting deadlines, proactiveness with the calendar two weeks out, updating headcount tracking, ahead of new hires/space needs, communicating with leader, asking questions, and partnering w/admin peers, team player.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
High level exec support calendar/travel: 4-5years ideally
Headcount/budget tracking: 3-4 years
Team support, customer service: 4+ years
