Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative support sector, is seeking an Admin Support Clerk to join their team. As an Admin Support Clerk, you will be part of the compliance team supporting various operational groups. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Admin Support Clerk

**Location:** Irving, TX

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform data analysis and monitoring of DOT and non-DOT driver license data.

+ Verify driver status in the EHS Portal.

+ Generate and monitor communications to operating groups to address compliance issues.

+ Collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.

+ Stay organized and prioritize work in the face of competing demands.

**What's Needed?**

+ 5-7 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a related field.

+ Strong systems and data management skills, particularly with MS Suite.

+ Ability to quickly gain proficiency with Verizon EHS systems (EHS Portal, One Touch, Corporate Systems).

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Data analysis and MIS requirements documentation skills are a plus.
