Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking applicants to fill adjunct teaching positions in introductory physics, with an immediate opening for Fall 2025. Classes start on August 25th, 2025. The current opening is for Principles of Physics I with two available sections, both scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

• Morning section: 8:00–9:50 a.m.
• Afternoon section: 12:00–1:50 p.m.

We anticipate future instructor opportunities for Principles of Physics II, General Physics II, and/or Modern Physics in the Spring 2026 semester.

Qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Physics
• Familiarity with Canvas course technology or similar LMS software is a plus
• Strong commitment to student-centered instruction
