We are seeking an adjunct faculty position is available to teach a laboratory section of Physical Chemistry for Biochemistry and Chemistry majors. Students in this course are also enrolled in a lecture course in physical chemistry. The laboratory supports and enhances lecture content through structured, hands-on experimentation.
All experiments have been developed and organized in advance. Instructors will be responsible for overseeing the lab sessions, mentoring students in experimental methods and data analysis, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications: A completed Master's degree in chemistry or a closely related field is required; a Ph.D. is preferred.
College-level teaching preferred; strong content knowledge and interest in teaching also considered.
A strong commitment to high-quality undergraduate laboratory instruction and full compliance with safety and waste management practices is essential.
