What We Need

What Our Accounts Receivable Clerks Do

• Update accounts receivable ledger
• Reconcile vehicle receivables, warranties, and schedules
• Process charge backs, returns, and bad checks
• Process customer, DMW, and payoff difference refunds
• Reconcile daily Parts and Service cash accounts

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• 1 or more years of related experience
