Job Details
Key * Process vendor invoices with proper documentation and approvals Set up new vendors and verify banking information Manage AP email inbox and respond to inquiries Match invoices to purchase orders and requests Coordinate weekly check runs Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies Handle credit memos and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate AP ledger and aging reports Prepare monthly accruals and support audit requests Review and approve employee expense reports Assist with year-end 1099 filings
**** 1–3 years of AP experience preferred Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
