At FCX Performance/a subsidiary of Applied Industrial Technologies the Accounts Payable role has an immediate impact on our customers, on our company performance, and on personal earnings.
Scope of Responsibility:
* Process invoices and related transactions for resale purchases for multiple locations * Process and pay invoices for non-inventory related purchases * Verify price and receipt of materials. Work with field locations to resolve exceptions * Resolve billing, payment, debit/credit issues * Promote and maintain vendor relationships relating to statement reconciliation and payment cycle * Process travel and entertainment reports
Requirements:
* Accounts Payable experience with proven success and accuracy * Working knowledge of Excel and strong computer and data entry skills * Attention to detail, accuracy * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently * Communication and problem solving skills * Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment * High School Diploma or equivalent
