We are growing again! We are a leading design/build firm located in Orlando, Florida. We design and build broadcast studio sets, trade show exhibits, and interiors. We are looking for an Accounting Associate.
*Accounting Associate* *Job Responsibilities*
Strong support for the accounting department including but not limited to-
Posting of AP/AR, (strong AP) credit card receipts, and other accounting functions.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Answers phone calls, and coordinates visitors coming to our office.
Exhibits professional communication via phone, e-mail, and in-person.
*Position is On-Site*
The Accounting Associate position requires the employee to be on-site, in the office, with working hours 8am – 5pm. On occasion, the Accounting Associate working schedule can vary.
*Accounting Associate* *Job Skills and Qualifications*
Must have 2 years of QuickBooks experience*, *online QB’s preferred.
Reporting and Data Entry Skills.
Microsoft 365 experience including Word and Excel.
Professional appearance, phone, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize and manage various projects assigned by the executive or accounting teams.
*Education and Experience Requirements*
High school diploma or equivalent education required. College graduate a plus.
A minimum of two years accounting associate experience.
Knowledge of appropriate software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
*Salary Range $18-$22 per hour*
