Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Temporary on-going contract opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist for an opportunity located in Fort Lauderdale, FL About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to fill a temporary position within our finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting processes and hands-on experience in accounts payable. The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience and be confident working with systems like Concur and QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities: Process and review vendor invoices and employee expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices in accordance with company policy Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies Manage weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to accounts payable Provide support for audits as needed Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address and resolve inquiries Requirements: Proficiency with SAP Concur or any a cloud-based expense management an/or a similar expense management system Experience with QuickBooks (required) Senior-level background in Accounts Payable, with a solid grasp of general accounting principles and best practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Availability to start promptly and commit for the full temporary assignment About Four Squared Solutions, LLC Headquartered in Florida, Four Squared Solutions we provide clients with quality staffing solutions.
