Accounts Payable Clerk (Excel-Focused) Temp-to-Perm | Mobile, AL We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing team in Mobile, AL. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, a collaborative environment, and the ability to grow within the organization.

Schedule & Compensation: MondayFriday $18-$20/hour Hybrid schedule available (3 days remote) after training Initial training will be 100% onsite at the Mobile office

What You'll Do: Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently Enter invoice data into accounting systems for payment processing Utilize Excel for data entry, tracking, and reconciliation support Maintain organized records and ensure timely payment cycles Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, accuracy-focused work) Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting Track record of dependability and consistent performance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
