Depending on the Role, Your Day May Include: Developing new business through cold calls, referrals, campaigns, or manufacturer partnerships Supporting site surveys, estimating, and proposal development Assisting in client transitions, project meetings, and deployments Helping with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and CRM integrations Nurturing client relationships for recurring opportunities Attending product trainings and staying current on industry trends Leading and mentoring Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams Submitting annual sales plans and strategy reports Representing MTS with professionalism and pride What You Bring to the Table: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience with project coordination or CRM tools preferred Self-motivated mindset with a willingness to travel locally (MD/DC/VA) Leadership experience or desire to grow into team management Why Join the MTS Family?
