JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of key projects directly supporting the success and growth of Acadian Health. This includes launching new service markets and contracts, leading major initiatives such as software implementations, and ensuring seamless expansion and integration of services until new markets become self-sustaining.

1. Creates short-term and long-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources appropriately. 2. Leads implementation of new markets and service contracts across regions. 3. Manages large-scale projects such as software rollouts, technology upgrades, and operational transitions. 4. Coordinates smooth expansion of existing service lines and supports new markets until operational independence is achieved. 5. Develops short-term and long-term project plans with milestones, resource allocations, and timelines. 6. Delegates tasks to appropriate team members and monitors progress. 7. Identifies and mitigates project risks and barriers. 8. Defines project scope and goals in alignment with strategic priorities. 9. Serves as point of contact for project stakeholders across departments to maintain synergy. 10. Communicates with all levels of the organization to maintain alignment with project objectives. 11. Performs quality assurance throughout project lifecycles to maintain high standards. 12. Adjusts timelines, resources, and deliverables as needed. 13. Drives accountability and motivates cross-functional teams to achieve on-time delivery. 14. Creates and delivers reports and presentations to stakeholders. 15. Other duties as assigned. 16. Coordinates the Acadian Health accreditation process. 17. Other duties as assigned.
18. Travel expected up to 25%
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of relevant project management experience preferred. 3. Experience in healthcare operations strongly preferred. 4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
