In this role, you will work closely with children with autism and their families to create personalized treatment plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth. "> Responsibilities: "> Develop and implement tailored therapy plans for each child, incorporating data-driven interventions and techniques grounded in ABA principles. "> Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and consistent communication about each child's progress. "> Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, group interventions, and community-based activities designed to foster skill acquisition, socialization, and independence. "> Conduct regular assessments, tracking and analyzing progress to inform ongoing therapeutic decisions and adjust treatment strategies as needed. "> Maintain accurate, detailed records of client interactions, session notes, and program modifications, adhering to established standards and protocols. "> Requirements: "> Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field; BCBA certification is an asset but not required for new graduates. "> Extensive experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), including those with co-occurring conditions, such as intellectual disabilities or developmental delays. "> Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and efficient management of multiple priorities. "> Ability to establish trusting relationships with clients and families, fostering open dialogue and empathy within a supportive environment.
