Job Title The ability to start-up, operate, shut down, and conduct sanitation on the crushing, pressing, various tanks and pumping equipment. Receive and draw samples from the various deliveries of raw materials upon receipt Be able to legibly maintain all records and reports required. Be able to accurately measure and transfer products. Be able to communicate effectively with fellow Operators, Management, and other Employees. Be able to read, understand and carry out basic written and oral instruction. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends and overtime as needed. Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. Must be able to keep working area clean and organized. Must have a mechanical aptitude, detail, punctual and have a good attendance record. Must be licensed and able to drive/operate various plant trucks, forklift, and loaders. Must have a good attitude with a cooperative relationship with co-workers and management. Must be able to handle multiple tasks. Must be able to read and follow operating manuals, written instructions, and work orders. Must have adequate transportation to and from work.
