Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor injection molding machines and settings Perform tool changes using Rapid Tool Change (RTC) methods Complete mold cleanings, shutdowns, and restarts as required Troubleshoot and repair molding equipment when issues arise Inspect production output and ensure yield exceeds 95% Document process changes and collaborate with quality teams Generate and process work orders for equipment maintenance Assist with training of new or less experienced team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times Requirements: Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems independently High attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to learn and support process improvements Pay rate: $17–$35/hr Based on experience
